He combines relationship-led sales execution with operational discipline to help organizations win, retain, and grow key accounts in complex stakeholder environments.
Throughout his career, Muneer has led new business development initiatives across government, semi-government, and major corporate sectors. He has extensive experience shaping market strategies through segmentation and target demographics, building qualified prospect ecosystems, and managing end-to-end bid cycles. Muneer has developed hundreds of winning proposals and RFP responses, coordinating internal teams, aligning stakeholders, and advancing negotiations to secure strategic accounts and long-term client loyalty.
Muneer’s regional credibility is strengthened by his deep familiarity with GCC family offices, supported by strong local market knowledge, cultural fluency, and a high-trust contact network. His experience spans investment, energy, oil & gas, aviation, telecom, and public-sector landscapes, particularly in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Muscat, where discretion, relationships, and execution excellence are essential to closing deals and sustaining partnerships.
